Use the CDMenuPro PDF Starter for creating Pdf autorun CDs

Problem

You want to create an autorun CD which will display Pdf files among others.

However, you're unsure about whether the target systems on which your CD will be played have a suitable reader installed for displaying your Pdf files. How can you make sure that the Pdf documents on your CD ROM will be displayed and presented in the right way? How can you first determine whether or not a reader is already installed on the target system?

PDF: Portable Document Format. A platform-independent file format for creating, presenting and printing text and graphic documents.

The solution

CDMenuPro with the PdfStart supplementary software application. This program will check to see whether a reader is already installed on the target system (you user's PC) and, if necessary, will prompt the user to install Acrobat Reader. If a reader is already installed, Pdf Start will send your file to the existing Pdf reader.

The supplementary Pdf Starter program is only available in the Business Edition.
